FAAC 412 SX Left Hinge OR DX Right Hinge Gate Opener
		FAAC 412 electromechanical swing gate operator is designed specifically for light single family residential use. The FAAC 412 High Voltage includes One FAAC 455 D control panel which operates single leaf or bi-parting gates. The FAAC 412 Low Voltage includes One FAAC 425 D control panel which operates single leaf or bi-parting gates. The FAAC 412, like other FAAC swing gate operators, is inherently safer because it has fewer “pinch points.” In addition, the force it applies to move the gate is adjustable for extra entrapment protection.  Spec Sheet  FAAC 412 with 450 MPS Control Panel Manual Note: The Per UL325-2016 all gate operators sold in the USA after February 2016 will be required to have a monitored safety photo cell to prevent accidental crushing or entrapment. FAAC 412 Electro-Mechanical Automatic Swing Gate Operator
The FAAC 412 electromechanical swing gate operator is designed specifically for  light single family residential use.
Standard features include slow down “soft stop” and mechanical locking in the opened and closed positions. A convenient manual release is also standard.
The Model 412, like other FAAC swing gate operators, is inherently safer because it has fewer “pinch points.” In addition, the force it applies to move the gate is adjustable for extra entrapment protection. In the event of power failure, a battery back up is standard on the Model 412 Low Voltage and an available option on the Model 412 High Voltage.
The 412 can be mounted inside the gate and still allow the gate to open to the inside or to the outside. All FAAC operators can be finished to blend with your gate.
All swing gates require gate stops that limit the travel of each gate leaf and thus protect the operator. Optional positive stops are available.
