DoorKing 1812 Single Family Intercom System
The model 1812 is a unique telephone intercom system that allows homeowners to use their telephone as an intercom to
speak to a guest at a front door or gate without the necessity to pay for an additional telephone line at their home. With its
"intercom mode" programming feature, the 1812 can also be connected to a PBX or KSU type system, making it ideal for small
businesses to control access through a single door or gate. Visitors are easily identified by voice communication and can be
granted or denied access directly from a touch-tone telephone.

The Doorking 1812 is available in both surface and flush mount
designs and includes the DKS auto-programming software for Windows, allowing homeowners to program the system right
from their home computer.
The Doorking 1812 is available in three distinct styles:
Surface, flush or wall mount - specify which.

Unique telephone communication system allows homeowners to use their telephone as an intercom to speak to a guest at a
front door or gate, and to control access to their property.
Unit can be programmed from the homeowners PC with DoorKing’s Windows compatible Auto-Programming software.
Unit connects directly to the homeowners existing telephone line. No additional monthly expense for a second telephone line.
Built in call waiting assures that incoming calls or guest calls are not missed.
Two internal relays allow the system to control a main entry gate plus a pedestrian access gate.
Calls from the access system are identified with a double ring while regular calls use the standard single long ring.
Homeowners know instantly if a call is coming from their door or gate
Homeowners grant their guest access by pressing 9 on their telephone, or they can deny access by simply hanging up
Windows compatible auto programming software allows homeowners to program the system from their PC
Built-in clock / calendar provides the following time related functions:
1. Do-not-disturb time zone.
2. Four hold-open time zones.
3. Entry code time zones.
4.Call forwarding time zone.
5.Flash entry code.
Unit can be programmed to work with PBX and KSU phone systems.
Optional slave keypad can be added for remote entry code activation of door or gate.
